We are a Rural BPO company with the intent of carrying out digitization work of any kind across industry verticals. However, we will be focusing on prime sectors as we mature and grow. This will help us to build competency centres for each of the sectors within the distributed centres.
Each of the process migrated to our centres from the clients will undergo 4 staged exercise “Learn – Document –Process – Improve”. The learning and documenting are key steps as these reduces knowledge gap in the event of attrition or any changes to the underlying process. Each process is viewed from an assembly production line to bring continued improvement and efficiency.
For each of the process areas we will have the detail activity on what we will do and what client’s responsibility. This process mapping with responsibilities will help to ensure end to end management of overall workflow as well ownership with no surprises.
